Family ConnectionsMany times we've answered questions like "how do you connect to so-and-so" ... and this section is our quick answer. The charts on the following pages show these connections. As time permits, we will add more. Although we realize that in a lot of cases there is usually more than one connection, all charts are based on the lineage of Richard Dale Stanley (the other half of "we"). It is also the place where I get to indulge myself a little. Having no members of any Stanley and/or Mead(e) family in my ancestry (to the best of my knowledge, that is), I still get to tell a little about my ancestry. ConnectionsThis seems to be the appropriate place to talk about something else close to my heart: The internet is a wonderful place to find people, whether they are ancestors long gone, or a relative you've lost site of. It could also be the place where others can find you as long as you have entered your name and contact information somewhere. Besides the web sites of Yahoo and Excite that offer public directories, there is also a web site that is specifically set up to reunite people. If for whatever reason you lost contact with a loved one, do yourself a favor and list yourself:
